FAQ
How can I use the eSIM service?
iOS: You must have iOS 12.1 or later and an unlocked iPhone. Any iPhone older than XR or XS supports eSIM. (Note: When you buy a device with a contract from a mobile operator, it is common practice for them to lock the connectivity from any other supplier. In this case, your device will be considered "locked," at least until your contract expires. You can check with your operator to see if there is anything you can do to unlock the eSIM in your device.) Samsung, Pixel, and many Androids support eSIM.
Android: eSIM support is widely available on many modern Android devices from leading manufacturers. This includes popular models from Samsung (such as the Galaxy S series, Z series, and Fold series), Google Pixel (starting from Pixel 3 and later), and Motorola (including the Razr series). Support is also growing rapidly among other major brands like OPPO, Xiaomi, and Sony.
Important Note: Unlike iOS, eSIM functionality on Android can vary more significantly by device model, manufacturer, and even your region or mobile carrier. We strongly recommend you check your specific device's specifications or consult your manufacturer's website to confirm eSIM compatibility before purchasing a plan.
(You can then keep the original note about locked devices, as it applies universally)
